Starter and Pro start with 7 days free, and no card is needed. During the trial you can store up to 5 GB and transcribe 60 minutes. When it ends, subscribe to carry on. If you don’t, your workspace becomes read-only, public links pause, and everything is kept for 30 days before it’s deleted, so nothing is lost by mistake. There’s one trial per person. Team plans have no trial: choose your seats and subscribe.

Record a voice note (or attach a video) and Vizi transcribes it in the background with fast speech recognition running on Groq. The text appears under the recording, fills in an empty note, and becomes searchable. It understands 90+ languages, including English, Malay and Japanese.

A Team workspace is shared by everyone you invite. Owners and admins manage people; editors add and change content; viewers can see and search everything but change nothing. Any folder can be shared with specific people as can view or can edit, and a restricted folder is hidden from everyone except the people it’s shared with. Clients can join as free guests who only see their own folder. If someone leaves, their notes stay with the team.

Yes. Select any mix of folders and pictures and share them as a collection: one public link for anyone, or one list of people who all see exactly those things and nothing else. Add to the collection later and everyone on it gets the new items. Viewing is free, and you can revoke a link or remove a person any time.

Yes. When someone adds a picture, draws a region, writes a note, moves a folder or renames the workspace, everyone else who has it open sees it within a moment, without refreshing. People looking at a public link get the same. If you are in the middle of typing a note, the update waits until you stop, so nothing moves under your cursor.

Yes. Select a folder or a picture and use the arrange button: move it up or down, into the folder above, or out one level, with the buttons or Ctrl+Shift+Arrow keys. A–Z and Z–A sort a folder among its siblings (or a folder’s pictures), and you can also drag a folder or picture next to another one. The folder pane keeps that order, and the picture page has a “Natural order” sort that follows it, while its other sorts only change what you see. Every move can be undone, and the order is the same for everyone who sees the folder.

Yes. * stands for any run of characters and ? for exactly one, so t?le finds tile and tale and abd* finds abdul and abdullah. To find a star or question mark itself, type \* or \?. With “whole word” on, the wildcards stay inside a single word. Matches are highlighted in the results and on the picture.

Yes. Open Backups from your profile menu. Back up any of your workspaces whenever you like, or set a schedule (every few hours, daily, weekly or monthly) and choose how many copies to keep. Backups count towards your storage, and you can delete old ones to free space. Restore one workspace or all of them from any copy; ViziSpot saves a copy of the current state first, so a restore can be undone. People, invitations and public links are not changed by a restore. Backups need an active plan.

Yes. Drag folders and pictures to move them, or hold Ctrl (Option on a Mac) or use the right mouse button to copy. A copy includes every region, note, file and transcript, and ViziSpot tells you how much storage it takes before you confirm. Everything can be undone, and deleted items stay recoverable for a few days.

Yes. You sign in with Google and your workspace is private until you invite someone. Every request is checked against your role and folder permissions. We don’t sell data or train models on your pictures, notes or recordings.

Photos, videos, voice notes, PDFs, Office documents, spreadsheets: practically any file. Photos show as thumbnails, and audio and video play right inside the note.

The pictures you upload and everything attached to them. Notes, regions and folders are free and unlimited. Voice notes are recorded efficiently: about 14 MB per hour. Team storage is 80 GB per seat and shared by everyone in the workspace; if you need more, add blocks of 100 GB for $5 a month.
